We kindly ask that any appointments be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.

We allow a 15 minute grace period for all scheduled appointments. Clients who do not show up within this grace period, or at all, for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will incur a no-show fee of 100% cost of scheduled services. If a client has two or more no-shows within a three month period, Rooted Salon and Spa reserves the right to refuse further bookings for any spa or salon services.

1. Services Provided: Rooted Salon and Spa will provide various salon and spa services as agreed upon between the client and the salon. These services may include, but are not limited to, haircuts, hair styling, hair coloring, hair treatments, pedicures, massage and other related services.

2. Assumption of Risk: I, the client, acknowledge that the services provided by Rooted Salon and Spa carry certain inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, allergic reactions, hair damage, skin irritation, and any unforeseen complications that may arise during or after the hair services.

3. Client's Responsibilities: I understand and agree to the following responsibilities:   A. To disclose any relevant information regarding my medical history, allergies, sensitivities, or any pre-existing conditions that may affect the hair services provided.  B. To follow the salon and spa’s instructions and guidelines for hair/pedicures and maintenance, including any post-service recommendations.   C. To promptly inform the stylist or provider of any discomfort, pain, or concerns experienced during or after the hair services.

4. Release and Waiver of Liability: In consideration for the services provided by Rooted Salon and Spa, I hereby release and discharge the salon and spa, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the salon and spa, including but not limited to any injury, illness, or damage that may occur during or after the services.

5. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rooted Salon and Spa, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with any injury, illness, or damage caused by my actions or omissions before, during or after the services.

6. Photographic Release: I grant Rooted Salon and Spa the permission to take photographs or videos of my hair before, during, or after the hair services for promotional or educational purposes, without any compensation to me.

7. Severability: If any provision of this liability waiver is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
